SuTalk Tools (Service Tools) is an official sub-service of the SuTalk Ecosystem, providing a comprehensive suite of web-based utilities. Our platform includes tools for document processing, image manipulation, data formatting, and cryptographic utilities.
Our core philosophy is Privacy-First & Offline-Capable. We believe your files belong to you. However, to maintain the integrity and security of our platform, we deploy an automated Active Defense Command to monitor infrastructure health and prevent malicious attacks.
📦 2. Local Processing & File Security
When you use our utilities, whether you are compressing documents, converting images, formatting code, or generating hashes, all data processing happens locally in your web browser.
- No File Uploads: Your raw data—including PDFs, images, legal documents, JSON structures, and text inputs—is never transmitted to our servers.
- Offline Functionality: Because the processing logic is loaded directly into your browser, most tools function completely offline without an active internet connection.
- Zero Data Retention: We have no access to the files you process, preview, or download.
🛡️ 3. Security Logging & Active Defense
While your files remain entirely private, we must protect our web infrastructure from automated bots, scrapers, and malicious actors. We operate an automated security layer that collects strictly necessary connection data.
- IP Address (e.g., CF-Connecting-IP)
- Requested Paths & HTTP Methods
- User-Agent String (Browser/Device information)
- Connection Timestamps
Threat Evaluation System: This connection data is logged securely into our internal database. It is used exclusively to calculate "Threat Scores" and identify abnormal connection patterns (e.g., requesting non-existent files repeatedly, automated vulnerability scanning).
⛔ 4. Automated Blocking & Cloudflare WAF
SuTalk Tools employs a strict "Strikes" system to prevent abuse. If our system detects repeated suspicious requests from an IP address:
- Tarpitting: Suspicious requests will experience artificial delays to slow down automated bots.
- Cloudflare WAF Banning: Upon reaching a specific threshold of strikes, our automated system will directly instruct Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) to block the offending IP address.
- Progressive Penalties: Repeat offenders will face extended ban durations.
Ban records are permanent until manually reviewed, although current active strikes may reset after a long period of good behavior.
⏳ 5. Data Retention Policy
We practice strict data hygiene regarding our security logs:
- Automated Cleanup: Our cron jobs regularly prune old connection logs to maintain a limited, necessary history for security analysis.
- No Tracking: We do not use this connection data for marketing, profiling, or tracking users across the internet.
🌐 6. Third-Party Services
To keep our service fast and secure, we utilize trusted infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare: For DNS, DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Edge routing.
- Internal D1 Database: For storing connection analytics and security logs securely.
These providers are strictly bound by their own privacy policies and do not have access to the files you process locally in your browser.
